About me

Shaina Summerville is an audiobook narrator with 30+ titles for clients including Hachette Audio. She has voiced a demo commercial for Disney’s Galaxy’s Edge and has performed in professional theatre productions both in Chicago and regional theatre, including work at the Equity houses Williams Street Repertory Theatre and Citadel Theatre.

Shaina received Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Musical Theatre and Communication Arts from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also completed her Graduate Certificate in Aquaculture and Fish Health through the University of Florida.

Shaina has always been an avid bookworm, carrying a book with her everywhere. Now, she enjoys narrating YA Fiction, Cozy Mysteries, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, and Non-Fiction in her home studio in Chicago.

She is a Chicago girl, born and raised (Go Cubs!). When not recording, Shaina loves nature photography, manatees, Doctor Who, and traveling to new places. She once bought a calculus textbook for fun.
